After the viewers together with Apl.de.Ap and Bamboo decided to take Rence Rapanot, Alisah Bonaobra, Rita Martinez and Daryl Ong to the live semi-finals of the Voice of the Philippines Season 2, it was Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo with the viewers once again to decide who will be moving to the next round for their respective teams. The names of the contestants moving to semi-finals include Jason Dy, Timmy Pavino, Monique Lualhati and Leah Patricio
Jason and Timmy gained the highest number of votes from text and online for Teams Sarah and Lea while Monique and Leah were selected by their coaches. Which means Kokoi Baldo and Nino Alejandro ended their journey in the competition.
During the performance Kokoi opened the showdown for team Sarah with Message in a Bottle followed by Monique with Butterfly. Before the voting lines were opened Jason performed Kahit Kainlan. For Team Lea sings Because You Loved Me then Nino performed I Want To Know What Love Is and lastly Timmy with Story of My Life.
