It has been 4 days already since Billy Crawford is absent in It’s Showtime after he was arrested last Sunday in Bonifacio Global City after the alleged hitting of a desk officer and breaking a glass door in the precinct. He had posted bail last Monday and resume after few days resumed taping of the sequel of his movie Moron 5 with Luis Manzano, John Lapus and others. With his absence in It’s Showtime despite of the return of her girlfriend and co-host Coleen Garcia, viewers of the shows speculates that Crawford is suspended in the show.
With the rumors spreading about the suspension issue connected to the incident last weekend, ABS-CBN issued official statement through its spokesperson Bong Osorio and said “There is no truth to reports that Billy Crawford has been suspended from ‘It’s Showtime.’ Billy is taking a short break from his hosting duty following the incident last weekend.”
Coleen during her return in It’s Showtime said that Billy resumes taping of his movie and will be returning very soon to join them in the show. He is also thankful to the support of his followers and friends who stood with him during the said incident.
