After the successful presentation of the pop rock princess Yeng Constantino of Tangi Kong Kailangan, ABS-CBN’s theme song for the hit teleserye Dyesebel that gave a very youthful and fun approach during the promo and underwater adventure of the Dyesebel played by Anne Curtis. Now, ABS-CBN releases the version of Tangi Kong Kailangan with the broadway diva and now one of the coaches of The Voice of the Philippines Kids Lea Salonga together with the music video.
Lea’s version has higher pitch making the song like a prayer for the character of Dyesebel in hoping to reach her dreams and to find herself now that she gained her feet. Aside from that her quest to rescue Banak (Ai Ai delas Alas) and her real mother which is Lucia (Dawn Zulueta), Dyesebel found refuge to Fredo (Gerald Anderson) whom she fell in love with. Dyesebel’s adventure continues together with the human and having Fredo in her side. But unknown to her that Betty (Andi Eigenmann) is patiently watching her and wanting to snatch Fredo back to her and the world of the mermaids Liro (Sam Milby) with a broken heart watching her loving someone else.
