In line with the celebration of the 20 years of Star Cinema, they will be bringing three of the hottest and brightest stars of their generation on a romantic film entitled She’s The One. The film stars Bea Alonzo, Dingdong Dantes and Enrique Gil. It is directed by Mae Cruz and written by Vanessa Valdez which will be shown in all cinemas nationwide by October 20.
She’s The One marks the fourth film of Dingdong with Star Cinema while this is the follow up movie of Bea after the phenomenal success of The Mistress. Bea now plays the role of Cat a young woman for whom family responsibility has always come first. She always supports her best friend Wacky (Dingdong), a morning show host and serial dater who unwittingly pushes his best friend into a complicated romantic situation just to save his TV career. It was complicated type of friendship where they wanted to level it up yet because of their priorities it will stay the same but until when they will find time for it especially Wacky to confronts his own feelings before its too late.
Joining them is Enrique who will play the character that will sweep Cat in her feet and feel the love she was longing for so long. With this, who will Cat choose? The best friend whom she loves for so long but doesn’t have the courage to show his feelings or the man who made her feel special?
The film also stars upcoming screen sweetheart Liza Soberano in her biggest, most important and most challenging film role to date.
