Just today at the press conference of Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala, the Queen of Soap Opera Judy Ann Santos faces the ententrainment media to explain what happened to the show. With KC Concepcion, they shared that doing Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala was a very empowering part of their lives where they embraces women empowerment and the rights of women against violence. Judy Ann explained that she wanted to master Kravmaga, an art of self defense and teach it to others. She also shared that it was the advocacy that made her say yes to do the role of Anessa in the teleserye.
In regards of her status in ABS-CBN, Judy Ann explained that there were things that didn’t met her expectations but still for her the Kapamilya Network will always be her home for 2 decades. She also clarified that ending the teleserye was her decision a has nothing to do with the teleserye Got to Believe of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. Meanwhile, before the presscon ended the trailer of Bet On Your Baby which was peg for Judy Ann and Dreamscape announced that she will be doing another teleserye with them. She mentioned that she will take a break and she will decide if she will renew or transfer but according to her she will always be greatful with ABS-CBN as her mother network.
Lastly in the finale week of Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala, the teleserye promises a very intense finale with Sam Milby, Tirso Cruz III, Coney Reyes, Susan Africa, and KC Concepcion. Airing on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida after Muling Buksan Ang Puso.
