Originally the title of the solo movie of KathNiel that follows the success of 24/7 in Love and Sisterakas is Love Me Maybe.
Must Be Love follows the exciting love story of the school heartthrob named Ivan (Padilla) and his boyish bestfried named Pachot played by Kathryn. But what will Pachot if she starts falling in love with her bestfriend if for him he only sees him as one of the boys? Shot mostly in Cebu and Laguna, Must Be Love will surely offer everyone a love story we will always cherish during our high school years.
Joining the cast of Must Be Love are John Estrada, Paul Salas, Liza Soberano, and Sweet Lapus. The film is directed by Dado Lumibao to celebrate the phenomenal success of the breakthrough love team of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla popularly known as KathNiel.
