PRC targets million of volunteers to join the MVR2 on Feb 10 where they partners with different companies, schools and organizations. With their campaign they wanted to encourage the youth that are tech savvy and very active to be part of the campaign and become volunteers of the 143 campaign of the Philippine Red Cross.
