In line with the release of Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw this 2013 that star Kris Aquino, Anne Curtis and Robin Padilla, ABS-CBN releases the official music video with the same title and performed by the Queen of Teleserye Themesong Angeline Quinto. She was introduced to be singer of the theme song of Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw during the ABS-CBN Christmas Special and it became formal now that the music video is released online and on television.
The Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw music video showcases the highlights of the much-awaited teleserye and what the viewers should expect. It shows both drama and action but in the end it will center on family and love. The teleserye follows the story of Bogs (Padilla) in search for justice for the death of his father who was framed up by fellow policeman during an operation who fell in love with Ruth (Curtis). Unfortunately, with Ruth’s ambition to be a supermodel she left Bogs and later fell in love with Ruth’s sister Roxanne (Aquino).
With Bogs’ involvement with the Ruth and Roxanne he became close to a clue that will help clean his father’s name. Here’s the music video of Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw:
The drama action teleserye also stars Tirso Cruz III, Ian Veneracion, Karla Estrada, Xyriel Manabat, Miles Ocampo, Marco Gumabao, Emilio Garcia and Gloria Sevilla. Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw is directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal and Malu Sevilla.
