The long and rough journey of Celine and Margaux begins tonight as ABS-CBN formally launches the newest and sure top-rating teleserye entitled Ina Kapatid Anak. The family drama TV series of the Kapamilya network stars three generations of artists including Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Enchong Dee and Xian Lim; Janice de Belen, Jayson Gainza, Ariel Rivera and Cherrie Pie Picache; and Eddie Gutierrez, Ronaldo Valdez and Ms. Pilar Pilapil. Ina Kapatid Anak was directed by Jojo Saguin and Don Cuaresma.
Ina Kapatid Anak will open the idea of surrogacy to its viewers that will involve three main characters Beatrice (de Belen), Theresa (Picache) and Julio (Rivera). Hoping to make a difference to their lives, they committed this process which in the eyes of others it violates the principles of the church. Together with Zacharia (Ronaldo), Yolanda (Pilapil), Oscar (Gainza) and Lucas (Gutierrez) they will be part of the big impact in this process and the lives Celine (Chiu) and Margaux (Salvador).
Aside from the relationship of a mother to her child and her siblings, Ina Kapatid Anak will also show the two social classes which is very popular in most of the teleserye but what’s surprising with it is they represent it with shoes. This will play a major role in the lives of every characters and the flow of the story, social classes as represented by the thing that most of us can appreciate – shoes.
Ina Kapatid Anak also stars Mickey Ferriols, Christian Vasquez, Francine Prieto, John Regala and Mike Austria. It will be airing on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida starting tonight (October 8) after Walang Hanggan.
