After successfully earning the character of the Wolverine the X-Men movie in 2000 which followed by X2 (2003), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and X-Men: First Class (2011), Hugh Jackman returns to the big screen on 2013 playing the role of Logan or popularly known as the clawed mutant named Wolverine in 20th Century Fox’s The Wolverine. The film was directed by James Mangold.
Joining Hugh Jackman in The Wolverine are Japanese actors including Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, and Will Yun Lee. The action film based from Chris Claremont and Frank Miller’s 1982 Wolverine limited series follows Logan traveling to Japan and clashes with a samurai and confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.
