After being put on hold last June 2 because of the “X-Rated” rating of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), ABS-CBN airs the “Cursed Beauty” Episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya finally got a signal to air on June 30. This episode was granted with the new rating of “SPG” or “strong parental guidance.” With this the story of a 15-year-old girl named Nene who was been violated by her stepfather being her mother as one of the accessory of the crime will now be aired on TV.
Jane Oineza, former Goin Bulilit member will be playing the role Nene who experienced pain and disappointment with her mother. With all the things she encountered in her life, MMK will be showing on how she finally stood up and become a better person putting the things she encountered on the past and looking forward for a better life as a strong person. Joining Oineza are actors including Angel Aquino, Carlos Morales, RS Francisco, Vangie Labalan, Ana Abad Santos, Archie Alemania, Gerald, Jacko Benin, Kyline Alcantara, Liz Alindogan, Jesette Prospero, Minco, and Elaine Quemuel.
