Come in your scariest costume as we celebrate Halloween on October 31 at the Patio Carlito and White House on 84th in Mother Ignacia Avenue cor Eugenio Lopez Drive in Quezon City near ABS-CBN. Entrance fee is P300 and the event starts at 7pm onwards.
