Here are the list of the congressman as released by the 14th Congress House Speaker Prospero Nograles who currently in his last term as congressman. It was June 5, 2010 where the House Bill 3732 or Freedom of Information (FOI) Act is on the floor for deliberation but with the lack of quorum that leads to the temporary death of the said bill for the 14th Session of the House of the Representative. There are allegations pointing that everything that happens in congress last June 5 are scripted that leads to the death of the said bill. Nograles denies the said allegation and presents the list of the congressmen who fails to join the session. Here is the list of the congressmen who were absent during the debate for FOIA now they are included on the “Hall of Shame” that hinders the ratification of the said bill that was for almost 9 years waiting to be passed.
