Beginning May 17, the Queen of Philippine Multimedia returns to co-host with Boy Abunda on the evening showbiz news program of ABS-CBN – Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN). Aquino filed leave on the said show to help her brother Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III during his campaign as presidential candidate for the 2010 Philippine Election.
Despite of her on leave status in SNN, Aquino still go out on her weeknights primetime drama – Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo and Sunday afternoon showbiz talkshow – The Buzz. During her leave Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez and Bianca Gonzalez substitutes for her.
