>It’s almost three months since the Maguindanao Massacre that struck the whole world and made the Philippines as one of the most dangerous places for journalists. Is the Philippine National Police (PNP) partly guilty with the happening of the massacre of journalists, politicians, civilians and human rights advocates in Maguindano?
