Just this afternoon ABS-CBN under the team of Deo Edrinal Business Unit Head who handles Sineserye, Komiks, and soon My Girl, confirmed the entertainment press that Bea Alonzo was chosen to play the role of of Betty. ABS-CBN bought the franchise from the Columbia who airs Yo Soy Betty La Fea set on Eco Moda, and making Bea as the 12th member of the Betty La Fea elite circle including America Fererra of Ugly Betty.
