Prime Video is bringing back the comedy showdown as LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines Season 2 premieres on October 30, 2026, exclusively on the streaming platform. Hosted by Vice Ganda, the hit comedy competition reunites 10 comedians for a six-hour battle to make their opponents laugh while keeping a straight face.

The new season challenges contestants to use every comedic trick they have, from outrageous characters and sharp punchlines to physical comedy, improvisation, and unexpected antics. With laughter carrying consequences, even the smallest reaction could put a contestant at risk of elimination. As the competition progresses, the comedians must maintain their composure while navigating the chaos unfolding around them.
Joining the competition are Long Mejia, Epy Quizon, Candy Pangilinan, Ethel Booba, Pooh, Donna Cariaga, Chariz Solomon, Esnyr, James Caraan, and Charuth. Bringing together established performers and emerging talents from television, live entertainment, stand-up comedy, and social media, the lineup promises a clash of comedic styles, unexpected rivalries, and surprising alliances.

Vice Ganda returns to guide the competition with quick wit and sharp commentary, while original showrunner Randolph Longjas also returns for the second season. Produced by UXS Inc. (Unitel / Straight Shooters) for Amazon MGM Studios, LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines Season 2 is part of Prime Video’s growing lineup of Filipino entertainment.
Adapted from Japan’s Documental, created by and starring Hitoshi Matsumoto and owned by Yoshimoto Kogyo, the series challenges comedians to turn laughter into a winning strategy without becoming victims of their own jokes. The new season premieres October 30, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video in the Philippines and internationally.
