Emerging OPM band The Red Strings is bringing its music closer to fans as it headlines ABS-CBN Music’s “Live Sessions Tour,” a month-long series of free live performances featuring promising Kapamilya artists in key cities across Luzon.
The tour officially kicks off this Sunday, September 13, at SM City Valenzuela, where The Red Strings will lead a lineup of rising artists ready to showcase their music and live performance talents.
Composed of Gello, Cedryck, Llana, Nicholas, Risen, and Liam, The Red Strings has been making waves with its catchy and relatable OPM songs, including the viral tracks “Kupido,” “Asado,” and “Nasa Ulap.” Known for their distinct sound and youthful energy, the band continues to establish its presence in the country’s growing roster of emerging local music acts.
After the opening leg in Valenzuela, The Red Strings will take the “Live Sessions Tour” to different cities, performing alongside fellow Kapamilya artists.
The tour continues at SM City Olongapo on September 19 with special guests Cesca and Chie, followed by SM City Bataan on September 20 with Erghyll and Jel Rey; SM City Telabastagan on September 26 with Lala Vinzon and Yellow Pad; SM City Tarlac on September 27 with BRYN and Sarvi; SM City Clark on October 3 with Lala Vinzon and Sassa; and SM City Baliwag on October 4 with Jarea and Off To Aurora.
With all shows open to the public for free, the “Live Sessions Tour” offers music fans an opportunity to discover emerging OPM artists and experience their music live.
