Marvel Television is expanding its acclaimed supernatural corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with VisionQuest, an all-new original series set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on October 14. The series brings back Paul Bettany as Vision and marks the latest chapter in the story that began with the groundbreaking and award-winning WandaVision in 2021 and continued with Agatha All Along in 2024.

In VisionQuest, Vision has been rebooted and is now in hiding after escaping from those who sought to weaponize him. As he searches for a new sense of purpose, he turns to the AI personas embedded within his programming, including F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., J.A.R.V.I.S., and the infamous Ultron, voiced by James Spader.
Vision’s quiet existence is disrupted when a bounty is placed on his head, forcing him to go on the run with Thomas Shepard, a mysterious boy who may be his son reincarnated. As they evade those pursuing them, Vision is forced to confront his own nature, resist Ultron’s influence, and uncover the truth surrounding his young companion.

The series stars Paul Bettany and James Spader, alongside Ruaridh Mollica, Todd Stashwick, T’Nia Miller, Lauren Morais, Orla Brady, Diane Morgan, Polly Frame, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, Emily Hampshire, and James D’Arcy. VisionQuest is directed by Christopher J. Byrne, Gandja Monteiro, Vincenzo Natali, and Terry Matalas, with Matalas also serving as creator for television.

Based on Marvel Comics, the series is written by Terry Matalas, Cindy Appel, Christopher Monfette, Nicole Falsetti, and Matthew Okumura. Executive producers include Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, Terry Matalas, Jac Schaeffer, and Christopher J. Byrne, with Roopesh Parekh serving as producer.
VisionQuest premieres October 14 exclusively on Disney+, concluding the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued through Agatha All Along. Fans can also stream Marvel Television series alongside their favorite films from across the MCU through the Marvel Collection on Disney+.
