Sparkle artist Arabelle Dela Cruz claimed a major international victory after being named Grand Champion of South Korea’s Veiled Cup, placing Filipino talent in the global spotlight.

Known as the “Laguna Diva,” the Kapuso singer battled through weeks of intense vocal showdowns against top Asian performers in the highly competitive singing competition. Arabelle ultimately emerged victorious, surpassing fellow finalists Gyeongsangdo Gangcheolseongdae, Bangkok Soulman, Vientiane Redhair, and Phangaman Fighter.

The journey began on Philippine television with Veiled Musician Philippines, staged for the first time on All-Out Sundays and produced by GMA Entertainment Group to select the country’s representatives for Veiled Cup Korea. Hosted by Rayver Cruz and Gabbi Garcia, the competition featured 12 professional singers performing anonymously behind a veil, judged solely on vocal ability by an all-star Kapuso panel composed of Mark Bautista, Rita Daniela, and Julie Anne San Jose, with K-pop star Tiffany Young joining the panel for the finale. From the lineup, Arabelle Dela Cruz, Garrett Bolden, and Thea Astley were chosen to represent the Philippines.

Advancing to the grand finals as the country’s official contender, Arabelle delivered a standout performance that earned her the Grand Champion title, marking a major international breakthrough in her career.

With its unique format where singers perform unseen until revealed, the Veiled Cup proved to be the perfect platform for Arabelle to showcase her artistry, symbolically unveiling the power, passion, and excellence of Filipino performers to audiences across Asia.

From being The Clash 2025 First Runner-Up and one of All-Out Sundays’ Divas, Arabelle’s Veiled Cup triumph marks a defining milestone in her career and a moment of national pride as she carried the Philippine flag with excellence on the international stage.

Following her win, Arabelle shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, thanking her supporters and proudly declaring, “Pilipinas, panalo tayo!”

With this historic achievement, Arabelle Dela Cruz continues to inspire the next generation of Filipino artists to dream boldly and conquer stages around the world.
