The Jollibee Group celebrates another international milestone as Jollibee Singapore has been named the fast-food restaurant chain with the best customer service in Singapore by The Straits Times. The recognition comes from the leading news outlet’s 2025 nationwide survey, affirming Jollibee’s commitment to delivering not only great-tasting food but also the warm, attentive, and joyful service that has become the brand’s hallmark.
The Straits Times study, conducted annually in partnership with global research firm Statista, gathered more than 100,000 evaluations from over 10,000 respondents across Singapore. Participants rated companies on key service criteria such as accessibility, communication, and professional competence, placing Jollibee at the top of the fast-food category.
Providing exceptional service has always been at the heart of Jollibee’s mission to serve great-tasting food and bring the joy of eating to everyone. Most Jollibee stores in Singapore hold an average rating of 4 stars on Google, reflecting the brand’s reputation for warm, thoughtful, and upbeat service that goes beyond the speed and efficiency typically associated with fast food. On leading food delivery platforms, all Jollibee Singapore branches are rated at least 4 stars, further highlighting customers’ appreciation of its service quality.
“This recognition from The Straits Times is a validation of Jollibee’s DNA, that our brand is not only about great-tasting food but also about spreading joy through consistently great customer service,” said Dennis Flores, President of Jollibee Group EMEAA. “We are grateful to our customers in Singapore for their trust and appreciation, and we remain committed to providing them with both the delicious meals they love and the service they deserve.”
The accolade follows continued enthusiasm for Jollibee’s well-loved menu favorites, including Chickenjoy fried chicken, Jolly Spaghetti, and the Chicken Sandwich, along with new offerings that continue to delight both loyal fans and first-time diners.
Jollibee’s popularity in Singapore was further underscored by a recent online poll conducted by SGAG in August 2027, one of the country’s largest social media platforms. The survey drew nearly 16,000 responses, with Jollibee chicken voted as the top choice, earning 44 percent of total votes and outpacing other international brands.
As Jollibee continues to grow globally, the company has also opened opportunities for franchising across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia as part of its broader international expansion strategy. This initiative reflects Jollibee’s ongoing mission to bring its signature products and joyful dining experience to more communities around the world.
