In a press conferrence early this morning (November 16,2007) at the Bayview Park Hotel in Manila, the two actors announced to the press that they have filed libel suits against entertainment writer/host Lolit Solis and her editor Veronica Samio. Accompanied by their lawyer Atty. Joji Alonzo and manager Mr. Johnny Manahan, Piolo and Sam went to the Manila City Hall at around 8:30am to file their case. Solis has written in her column a few weeks back that she saw the two Star Magic talents in a hotel and insinuated that they were romantically involved. Below are the statements of the actors.
