After making history as the first Chinese idol girl group to break into the U.S. Top 40 Radio with their debut single “Under My Skin,” A2O MAY is back with a fierce follow-up. Their new single “BOSS” turns up the intensity, blending bass-heavy hip-hop and electronic dance elements with bold, empowering energy.

The track reveals a deeper, edgier side of the group, featuring commanding vocals, dynamic dance breaks, and an unapologetic girl-boss attitude. It is a defining moment that pushes their global appeal even further.

“Under My Skin,” a reimagining of TVXQ’s “Mirotic” with influences from Sarah Connor’s version, quickly climbed the Mediabase U.S. Radio Chart and officially entered the Top 40. This achievement is unprecedented for a rookie Chinese group. With over 10.7 million views on Weibo and 13 million on YouTube, A2O MAY is already a viral sensation.

Formed under A2O Entertainment and produced by Soo-man Lee, the group includes CHENYU, SHIJIE, QUCHANG, MICHE, and KAT. They bring a multicultural edge and a futuristic genre they call Zalpha Pop, made for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.

Their rise marks a turning point for Chinese representation in global pop and opens new doors for Asian artists in the Western mainstream.
