After the announcement of La Luna Sangre last 2016 that features Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla as lead stars, ABS-CBN gives more details in the third installment of the Lobo series during the Kapamilya Trade Launch.
La Luna Sangre follows the next generation in the bloodline of Lyka played Angel Locsin in Lobo with Piolo Pascual in 2008. Imortal, the next installment follows the journey of Lia, a werewolf fighting against the vampires in the story. Lia was played by Angel and Mateo, the vampire was played by John Lloyd Cruz.

La Luna Sangre, which means the blood moon in Spanish will be KathNiel’s first horror-action fantasy drama television series which they already did horror movie entitled Pagpag Siyam na Buhay under Star Cinema. This will be continuation of Lia and Mateo’s story where their daughter will be Malia played by Kathryn. But it is now clear what will be Daniel’s role. But in the teaser they showed fight scene of the two characters.
Angel and John Lloyd will have a special participation in the series. Details will be unveiled soon so keep posted.
