With the score of 40, Michael Pangilinan’s transformation of Bono of U2 singing With or Without You makes him the winner of week 9 of Your Face Sounds Familiar. He may not get the perfect 8 scores from the jury members Sharon Cuneta, Jed Madela and Gary Valenciano, which they gave it to KZ as Tina Turner. Majority of his fellow celebrity performers gave him their three points to have more advantage over KZ. He will be donating half of his price to Bantay Bata.
During the performance Denise Laurel started the week 9 with Gloria Estefan’s Conga followed by KZ’s transformation of Tina Turner singing What’s Love Got To Do With It. Myrtle Sarrosa transformed to Britney Spears and performed I am Slave For You, Sam Concepcion transformed to Mandy Moore and performed Cry and Kakai Bautista transformed to one of the Juke Box Queen Eva Eugenio performing Tukso. Kean Cirpiano transformed to Robi Rosa of Menudo performing Explosion, Michael Pangilinan performed With or Without You as Bono of U2 and Eric Nicolas ended the week 9 with Jet Pangan’s Salamat.
Next week celebrity transformations will be performing with OPM icons that they will be transforming with. It will be their decision without the help of the iconizer.
