People’s Champ Manny Pacquaio finally answers the tirade of the American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr on social media that was posted last July 1. In the video, Mayweather Jr. addressed the training dummy as Pacquaio and asking him with the rotator cuff injury. And after that Floyd starting to slap the dummy’s face while saying, “Stop lying! Stop lying!” The video angers the netizens which they started to give negative feedback and start sharing it to their respective account.

Floyd

Last July 3, Pacquaio responded on the said video telling that people should understand Mayweather Jr. because of his family background. He was referring to Floyd as a person who came from the family of ex-convicts and he also was an ex-convict. “We should understand Floyd Mayweather Jr. because of his family background. He hailed from a family of ex-convicts and he himself is an ex-convict. We could not blame him because his action just showed the kind of family upbringing he had,” this was his statement given through Public Information Officer (PIO) Aqui Zonio.

Manny-vs-Floyd

Pacquaio was referring to Floyd’s prison records where he served an 87-day jail term for domestic abuse. His father Floyd Mayweather Sr. was jailed for 5 years because of drug trafficking and his trainer and uncle, Roger, served six months in jail for a domestic assault.

Manny said that the way that Floyd showed in the video reflects how he behaved against his former girlfriend, whom he has beaten up in front of his kids.
