With a one-on-one interview with Jennylyn Mercado in Startalk last April 11, young actress Empress Schuck confirmed that the she’s 3 month pregnant from her non-showbiz boyfriend named Vino Guingona a model and nephew of senator Teofisto Guingona III. According to Empress she has a feeling that she’s pregnant that’s why she decided to take the test with Vino and they confirmed that they are going to have a baby.
At first it was hard for Empress because she recently transferred to GMA 7 for new projects at the same time what will be the reaction of her family and supporters. She said that she informed her mother regarding her pregnancy. At first her mother was shocked and later she accepted the news.
Regarding her plans to return to showbiz after giving birth, Empress said that she would be happy to go back to work if she will be given another chance. She said that it would not be easy because she will be ready for it and she need to prepare.
Empress is a 22 year old Filipina-German actress that that started her career in 2000 as one of the stars in GMA 7’s Munting Anghel. She transferred to ABS-CBN in 2005 after the teleserye Etheria. Her first project with ABS-CBN is Maalaala Mo Kaya and became one of the cast of Super Inggo. She appeared in several Maalaala Mo Kaya episodes and became one of the lead stars of teleseryes like Rosalka, Guns and Roses, and Mundo Man ay Magunaw.
She transferred to GMA 7 last November and stars in the teleserye Kailan Ba Tama ang Mali early this year.
