After the King of RnB Jay-R dominated the votes on the first week of Your Face Sounds Familiar where his transformation as the Philippine Rock Icon Pepe Smith trended on Twitter, the second week favors to Karla Estrada with the transformation of Chaka Khan. It was a close fight with Karla Estrada who did Chaka Khan, Jay-R as Stevie Wonder and Nyoy Volante as Yoyoy Villame who were tied with all 18 from the total scores given by the jury. But the tie was broken after fellow celebrities Tutti Caringal and Jay-R voted for Karla and gained the score of 24 while Jay-R and Nyoy has 21.
During the performance other celebrity performers transformed to Britney Spears (Melai Cantiveros-Francisco), Sampaguita (Jolina Magdangal-Escueta), Pilita Corales (Maxene Magalona), Adam Levine (Tutti), and Gary Valenciano (Edgar Allan Guzman).
During the voting of the jury; Gary gave his 8 points to Nyoy, Jed Madela to Melai and Sharon Cuneta to Karla. Karla being the winner received the weekly prize of Php 100, 000 and instead of giving the half to her chosen charity, which is Child Haus she decided to give the full amount to them.
