10 years after the first Feng Shui movie of Star Cinema where we followed the misery of Joy Ramirez (Kris Aquino) who became the owner of the antique bagua, a Chinese ornament known to drive away evil spirits and bring good luck to the owner became the reason of the death of her family members and friends. The bagua she got from the person who left in the bus was cursed and Lotus Feet the original owner will take the lives of those who look in the mirror of the bagua. The film also introduced us to Lily Mendoza (Cherry Pie Picache) the wife of Evart who left the bagua in the bus beside Joy. She wanted to get the bagua back but Joy refused to give it to her that time.

In 2014, Lester (Coco Martin) a jack-of-all-trades who will do any kind of job just to earn for a living for his family living in a slum discovered the cursed bagua. All the luck he can imagine came to his life until Lotus Feet start taking the lives of people close to him and another evil force came to take more lives. Joy return with Lily trying to stop the curse of bagua and help Lester. Can they stop Lotus Feet and the evil force before it’s too late?
