Few minutes before ABS-CBN opened the lines for text votes that will determine who will be the winner of I Do on Saturday (November 8), Chris Tan and Karen Bordador decided to quit the competition. According to them, they are not yet ready to be married after the competition especially if ever they won in the show. This was the same answer that Chris told during the Love and Lie challenge in the I Do village before they return to their families. Chris said he’s not ready to marry Karen at the end of I Do which Karen tearfully accept his answer on that day. But they assure that they love each other and they became closer to each other after the love session and challenges that they encounter throughout their I Do journey.
Meanwhile after Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo accepted the decision of Chris and Karen in behalf of the council and the production team of the show she immediately announced that the decision of the final ceremony will be based from the text votes of the viewers.
She announced that for those who will be voting for Chad Fontanilla and Sheela Beterbo should text I DO A and send to 231 for SMART and Talk ‘N Text or 231 for Sun Cellular and other network, while for Yong Jin Kim or Jimmy and Kring Elenzano should text I DO B and send to the same numbers depending on the mobile network.
The Final Ceremony will happen on November 8 and the winner will have the grand wedding of their dreams, wedding gifts, cash prizes and house and lot from Pro-Friends. It will air live on ABS-CBN after The Voice of the Philippines Season 2.
