After the special on the multimedia princess Anne Curtis in E! last year, another Filipino while shine on an international channel to show the other side of their celebrity life. This time it is not only one person but E! will be featuring the whole family of the Gutierrez in the six-episode reality series to be broadcast later this year. Followers of the controversial and talented Gutierrez clan that includes Eddie, Annabelle, Ruffa, Raymond and Richard will be shedding their celebrity life and letting the supporters know their personal life on how it can be colorful and exciting in front of the camera.
Tagged as the It takes GUTZ to be a Gutierrez, the six-part reality series of E! showing the Gutierrez clan is a collaboration with the media powerhouse One Mega Group’s TV100 that produces the show. According to Christine Fellowes, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Universal Networks International that E! being the home of the most topical pop culture buzz on celebrities, daily entertainment news and live red carpet coverage it is the perfect fit for a no-holds-barred series on the Gutierrez Family.
“We are delighted that they are opening up their lives and that we are able to bring this locally relevant content to our E! audience in the Philippines.” Fellowes explained.
Meanwhile according to Michael Carandang, Business Unit Head of One Mega Group’s TV100 it was a dream come true to produce a reality drama like It takes GUTZ to be a Gutierrez that will be the first in the Philippines.
