For the very first time showbiz royalty KC Concepcion will be starring on a Metro Manila Film Festival entry for 2013 entitled Boy Golden: The Arturo Porcuna Story . She will be joining ER Ejercito in this period themed action film that follows the success of El Presidente and Asiong Salonga both MMFF entry of Ejercito. Boy Golden: The Arturo Porcuna Story was directed by Chito Roño and also stars big names in the entertainment industry.
Coming from the teleserye Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala which she played the seductive and fighter Alexis, KC extended that character to be sexier and fiercer as Marla. In Boy Golden, Marla is a dancer in a bar where Boy Golden fell in love with. But because of the dangerous activities of Boy Golden together with his gang. KC will be doing not only sexy scenes but also action scenes from fight and using guns in the film.
Boy Golden will be showing in cinemas on December 25 together with other MMFF entries including Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy, My Little Bossing, Pedro Calungsod: Batang Martir, 10,000 Hours, Kimmy Dora: Ang Kiyemeng Prequel, Pagpag Siyam Na Buhay, and Kaleidoscope World.
