After signing with ABS-CBN last July 29 of this year, JC de Vera is currently working on his first ever teleserye with the Kapamilya network entitled The Legal Wife. This is the drama series that stars Angel Locsin that was recently announced over the weekend together with Maja Salvador and Jericho Rosales. The Legal Wife is one of the 60 years offering of ABS-CBN which will be airing on Primetime Bida before 2013 ends.
The Legal Wife is a family drama to be directed by Rory Quintos and Dado Lumibao. This will also give JC de Vera to shine on primetime television in ABS-CBN. This is not the first time for JC and Angel to work together where they became co-workers in the defunct show Click where they part of the batch 3 of actors where their story run from 2003-2004. But their characters in Click were not love related.
With the TV series The Legal Wife JC will be joining Angel which became more of a dramatic actress after doing series of shows on ABS-CBN including Only You, Lobo and Imortal and other big films including In The Name of Love, Unofficially Yours, One More Try and Four Sisters and A Wedding. At the same time he will be working with Jericho and Maja on this project, surely JC will shine as a dramatic and versatile actor on primetime with the challenging role assigned to him in The Legal Wife.
