Election Day is just less than a month from now and we will be electing our next set of Senators and local government officials but there are so many topics that remained untouched. It can traffic on EDSA, beggars on the street, vendors on the sidewalk, smoke belchers, pile of garbage, and more. Using the hashtag #KandidatoAnongPlanoMo they will upload their photos on Instagram or Twitter with their message challenging the politicians to give answer to the problems that sometimes they end up not including on their platform and worse forgetting when they assume office.
With the power of social media, each one of us can be citizen journalists reporting on the issues that we see and encounter in our everyday lives which politicians miss with their busy schedules or simply ignoring it.
