Just this morning ABS-CBN Channel 2 filed a civil case against AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines for damages and injunction, with an application for a temporary restraining order. As per interview to the panel they said that they have a strong evidence and where as the witness volunteers from Bacolod and informs them that the panel of homes in the areas (Bacolod) have been identified by a party outside of the research society. ABS-CBN calls for transparency and credible information from AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines where the industry and clients are basing their decision.
