After staying with GMA 7 for almost 10 years, Carmina Villarroel is back with ABS-CBN to do hosting projects and teleserye beginning this year. She officially signed with the Kapamilya network on Jan 16 with the bosses of ABS-CBN. According to the reports she will be joining Boy Abunda and Toni Gonzaga in The Buzz, and will be doing drama roles in Precious Hearts Romances and You’re Always In My Heart.
Before she returned to ABS-CBN, her last projects with the Kapuso network includes Pahiram ng Isang Ina, Amazing Cooking Kids, Pepito Manaloto, MariMar, Darna, Codename: Asero and Mulawin. While in ABS-CBN Carmina appears in TV shows including Oki Doki Doc, Morning Girls, Recuerdo de Amor, Esperanza, and Palibhasa Lalake. She also did a stint in one of the episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya even she was in GMA 7 that time.
Aside from Carmina, Paulo Avelino, Jewel Mische, Patrick Garcia and Janice de Belen were the GMA artist who transferred in ABS-CBN and now has current teleserye projects.
