Amazon has announced the expansion of its fastest delivery service yet, Amazon Now, offering customers across the UAE ultra-fast delivery of everyday essentials in as little as 15 minutes. The company has established micro fulfillment centers in neighborhoods nationwide to enable faster and more sustainable deliveries by shortening routes and easing traffic congestion.
This innovation reinforces Amazon’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of UAE customers by offering more ways to shop quickly and conveniently, backed by its trusted service and reliability.
“We are taking convenience to the next level with Amazon Now, our fastest delivery service yet in the UAE,” said Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President of Amazon Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. “Every innovation at Amazon starts with our customers, and Amazon Now is designed for their pace of life. Customers in some locations are already receiving deliveries in as little as six minutes. Whether it’s a phone charger, last-minute groceries, or baby essentials, we’ve got them covered.”
Alongside Amazon Now, the company has also introduced a two-hour delivery service covering a wider range of products across more than 30 categories. Both services are now available in most major UAE areas, with plans to expand to additional locations in the coming months.
Available 24/7, Amazon Now gives customers instant access to thousands of items including groceries, fresh produce, electronics, beauty, and household essentials. All Amazon.ae customers can use the service, while Prime members enjoy free delivery on orders above AED 25 and pay only AED 6 for smaller baskets.
“With Prime, customers enjoy even more value through exclusive savings and faster delivery,” Mouchawar added. “Since launch, daily orders have grown more than 40 percent month over month, and Prime members have doubled their shopping frequency after using Amazon Now.”
Amazon Now currently serves Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah, including key neighborhoods such as Marina, JLT, Silicon Oasis, Barsha, Business Bay, Karama, and Festival City.
