A factory worker’s life changed in an instant after winning the ₱650,000 jackpot prize in “It’s Showtime’s” popular game segment, Laro Laro Pick.
Khen, who joined the segment today (Sept. 22), confidently answered the final jackpot question, which asked for the full name of the current Senate President Pro Tempore. Without hesitation, he replied, “Ping Lacson,” securing the coveted jackpot prize.
Before the jackpot round, Khen shared that he planned to use the prize money to rebuild his family and pay off his debts. Overwhelmed with emotion after his win, he expressed his gratitude to the show and its hosts, saying that the prize would allow him to return home.
“Maraming salamat po sa Showtime, sa lahat ng bumubuo. Maraming-maraming salamat po, makakauwi na ‘ko sa amin,” he said.
