Rising OPM singer-songwriter brei recently dropped her latest single, “Kislap,” under Universal Records—and she didn’t stop there. Just weeks after its release, brei brought the track’s message to life through a unique and intimate launch event titled “Find Your Kislap,” held at 225 Bar in Quezon City.
Far from a typical music launch, the event was a full-blown experience rooted in the heart of “Kislap”—the idea of finding that one special spark among a crowd. Guests were invited to connect and have fun through playful games like a “love experience” bingo with cheeky prompts such as “Who has ghosted or been ghosted?” and a bold Bring Me challenge that included dares like “Bring me a photo of your ex” or “Bring me your crush.”
The night was made even more memorable with heartfelt performances from fellow Universal Records artists It All Started In May (IASIM) and XYVRL, as well as a set by Krey of Diorama. Each act delivered songs that touched on the highs and lows of love, perfectly echoing the evening’s emotional theme.
The highlight of the event, of course, was brei herself. She took the stage with her debut single “Eh Di Pasensya Na,” followed by a surprise performance of an unreleased track titled “Digital.” She then closed the night with the much-anticipated live performance of “Kislap,” bringing the audience full circle in a night filled with music, memories, and meaning.
