Each pizza features a hand-prepared sourdough base, freshly baked daily using high-quality Italian flour. Topped with thoughtfully selected ingredients, this new range combines bold flavours, refined textures, and the exceptional quality Café Bateel is known for.
The collection includes three distinct offerings. The Short Rib & Truffle pizza presents a rich black truffle and white Italian cheese sauce, topped with slow-braised beef short rib, caramelised leeks, and wild rocket. The Burrata & Pistachio Pesto pizza features creamy Puglian burrata, San Marzano tomato sauce, pistachio pesto, roasted heirloom tomatoes, and fresh basil. For those who enjoy a classic, the Margherita is a timeless favourite with Fior di Latte mozzarella, San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
