Airing very soon on Primetime Bida, La Luna Sangre will continue the immortal love story of Lia and Mateo played by Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz. Characters were introduced in Imortal that aired in 2011, Lia is a werewolf and Mateo is a vampire who choose love over blood and decided to live a normal life with their daughter Maila.

But with Sandrino (Richard Gutierrez) arising to power, he wanted to rule the world with his fellow vampires and continue the battle against the werewolves. In order to protect their daughter and their community, Mateo and Lia need to go back in their old selves to continue the battle.

Meanwhile, Kathryn Bernardo will play the character of Maila, a girl that has a blood of a blood of a powerful werewolf and vampire. Daniel Padilla who will be playing the role of Tristan in the TV series will join her. What will be Tristan’s participation in the life of Maila?

La Luna Sangre is the third installment of Lobo series where Angel played the role of Lyka, a werewolf and Noah (Piolo Pascual), a human. The supernatural–fantasy horror TV series will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina. This is the fourth time Cathy will direct Kathryn and Daniel, the first three projects include Got To Believe, Pangako Sa’Yo and She’s Dating the Gangster. Meanwhile, La Luna Sangre is the second directing of Cathy in the Lobo series whereas she directed the first one.
