After the announcement of Gwyneth Dorado who will be moving to the finals after getting high percentage of votes through public voting, another Filipino act the Junior New System elevated to the final round of Asia’s Got Talent. The judges gave them the golden buzzer before the show ended and the voting lines were opened last April 23. The Junior New System performed a multi-track dance and stunts performance using a medley composed of “We Will Rock You” by Queen, “This Is How We Do It” by Montell Jordan, “María” by Ricky Martin, “Let’s Get Loud” by Jennifer Lopez, and “Crazy in Love” by Beyoncé.
On the last semi-finals the golden acts El Gamma Penumbra of the Philippines and Time Machine of Japan will be competing to each other and along with Dance Thrilogy of Singapora, Sada Borneo of Malaysia, Billy Chang of Taiwan, Toshanbor Singh Nongbet of India, The Talento of Thailand and AltType of Japan.
Up to date Filipino acts already in the finals include the 10-year old singer Gwyneth Dorado and the stunt dancers Junior New System. The Velasco Brothers who was 2nd placer in the Pilipinas Got Talent Season 1 in 2010 were eliminated. Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez hosted the Asia’s Got Talent while the judges of the show include Anggun, David Foster, Melanie C, and Vanness Wu.
