Brother Philippines takes CSR to a higher level with Customer+ Loyalty Program

With the growing numbers of their customers, Brother International Philippines Corporation (Brother Philippines) wanted to know the needs and demands of their clients at the same time how they can address it. Aside from the wide range of home and business IT products such as printers, sewing machine, label maker and more, they to know how they can help with customers in terms of basic troubleshooting and maximizing the use of the products on their needs.

Through their current CSR, they strengthen their relationship to their customers as partners with the Customer+ Loyalty Program. Brother Philippines has a fully integrated customer program which offers comprehensive training sessions for new and some 7,000 plus existing Brother printers and multifunction center customers in Metro Manila.

Customer+ Loyalty Program sends regular updates on machine information, consumables, service, survey and more importantly, special trade-in offer given two years from the time customers become Customer+ members. This is different from the usual CSR that device owners will only send concerns if they have problem in troubleshooting with their brands wihtin the warranty period.

Their enhanced Customer+ Loyalty Program is part of Brother Philippines customer-first orientation as reflected in our “At Your Side” mantra. Where they wanted their customers maximize the features of their products and their company to be at service to their needs as always
