On January 3, Maalaala Mo Ka opens 2015 with a story of a loving daughter who will do everything for her parents. Kathryn Bernado will be playing the role of the daughter who is there to support her mother who fighting for her life against cancer and her father recovering from stroke. Playing the role of her parents are Assunta de Rossi and Smokey Manaloto.
The kick-off episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya for 2015 is directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar and written by Benson Logronio and Arah Jell Badayos. Until when she will stay beside her parents if they are trying to detach themselves to her to protect her emotions of what will happen in the future?
