Before 2014 end, McDonald’s recognizes one of their loyal and trustful employees who is Cesar Evangelista Selencio a 57-year-old crew member at the Quezon Avenue store. Mang Cesar celebrates his 28 years in service last December 29, 2014 that’s why McDo surprises him to celebrate his dedication and passion for work.
Customer Giancarlo Angeles on Facebook, who expressed his gratitude and shared the story and appreciation of the service Mang Cesar provided him on one of his visits to the branch. The post garnered almost 30,000 likes and 2,000 shares, with people applauding Mang Cesar and sharing their own stories of their own encounters with him and numbers are getting higher each day.
Mang Cesar was later awarded with a Certificate of Recognition for his dedication.
