Being single for almost 5 years, Aiko Melendez was connected with with a college varsity player named Michael Pate who was included in several Instagram photos where she was with the said person who is now in his 20s and recently posted a photo of Aiko in his IG account with hashtag #TrueLove. Earlier in The Buzz, Ako was asked regarding the status of her and Michael which she immediately denied it that there’s nothing between the two of them.
Aiko said that Michael was a common friend with the designer Edwin Tan. According to her the he is too young for him whereas Aiko is celebrating her 39th birthday on December 16. She said that Michael is not courting her even the he is open in telling her that he admire her. In regards with the photo and the true love hashtag, Aiko said she don’t know what’s the meaning of that.
Meanwhile, in regards with her statement regarding her agreement with her ex-husband Jomari Yllana who is now a good friend to her. She mentioned that time she wanted to have another child and if she was single and Jomari is single she wanted her ex to be the father of his child once again. And in The Buzz, Aiko take it back where she said that she’s already happy with her children which she has a boy and a girl.
Aiko who is celebrating her birthday on December 16 is very happy that she was given a project on ABS-CBN entitled Give Love on Christmas Day Presents The Gift Giver which according to her it was extended another week. She also mentioned that there’s a teleserye project coming but she cannot mention it now.
