For people on the go just like me, it’s hard to locate the store or restaurant easy especially when we are on rush. Sometimes we end up asking the concierge or security guards for directions which in my opinion it’s hard to always rely to them especially that you often visit the mall. That’s Robinsons Mall created a mobile app that caters 70-80% of their shoppers who used smartphones as they go around the mall. The mobile app contains information such as stores, fast food chains, restaurants and wash room locations.
It also has the schedule information of the movies shown on their cinema and you can book straight from your device. Device owners can select the seat, munchies and drinks; and pay for the purchases via credit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted via a secure payment portal). There will be no need to line up. App users can go straight to the theater porter, show the email or text confirmation and they will be immediately ushered to their seats. Purchased snacks will also be delivered, right to where they are seated. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased for every transaction with a minimal P10 online charge. This service will be available in all Robinsons Movieworld screens nationwide, currently numbering 115.
Aside from the locations, the Robinsons Mall mobile app also has the record of their parking space and announcements on the malls’ latest events and promos. It also contains the locations of public transportation like jeepneys, buses, PUVs and tricycles outside the mall.
Meanwhile, the 35,000-plus Robinsons Privilege Card holders can also access the app so they can be reacquainted with the privileges available to them, including a list of stores offering discounts and freebies. There is also a Lingkod Pinoy Center directory in the app. Lingkod Pinoy centers serve as a one-stop shop for government transactions like the SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, OWWA, POEA, NBI, LTO and DFA.
The application is applicable in more than 30 branches of Robinsons Mall including Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Bacolod, Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Place Imus, Robinsons Place Cebu, Robinsons Town Mall Los Baños, Robinsons Novaliches, Robinsons Metro East, Robinsons Place Iloilo, Robinsons Starmills Pampanga, Robinsons Sta. Rosa, Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, Robinsons Place Dasmariñas, Robinsons Place Lipa, Robinsons Place Cainta, Robinsons Place Angeles, Cybergate Bacolod, Forum Robinsons, Robinsons Luisita, Robinsons Otis, Robinsons Cybergate Davao, Robinsons Place Tacloban, Robinsons Place General Santos, Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Robinsons Place Ilocos Norte, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Place Butuan, Robinsons Place Malolos, Robinsons Place Roxas, Robinsons Place Santiago and Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The Robinsons Mall mobile application will surely make the lives of every shopper easy without running to the nearest concierge and security guards for information. The mobile application is free to download via Google Play and App Store. For mobile users there will be activities in Robinsons Magnolia on November 9 and Robinsons Place Manila on Nov. 30 for the walk through of the application to make familiarization fun and easy. Mallers who download the new Robinsons Malls App will receive Welcome Deals with discount coupons provided by partner merchants and freebies from affiliates in their email. As a bonus, every app download and registration is automatically qualified for a selfie stick raffle to be held every month starting Nov. 17.
