On August 20 the tandem of James Reid and Nadine Lustre from Ang Diary ng Panget return to the big screen now together with Joseph Marco in a romantic comedy film produced by Skylight Films and Viva Films entitled Talkback and You’re Dead. The film follows the back to back success of film adaptations of best selling novels of Star Cinema and Skylight Films including Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo, She’s Dating The Gangster and Once A Princess.
And now joined with Viva Films, Talk Back and You’re Dead will be another sure hit film adaptation to be shown in cinemas nationwide. The film follows the story of Sam (Lustre) torn between two members of thang gang called Lucky 13. Top who is the head of the group that used Sam to be the object of jelousy of the girl he used to love but later he discovered he is falling for her. While Red one of the strong member of the group directly courts Sam and wanted to be his girlfriend. Complication started when two guys used to be friends became enemies because of Sam.

The film was adapted from the novel of Alesana Marie originally published in Wattpad. The film was directed by Andoy Ranay and also stars Yassi Pressman, AJ Muhlach, Candy Pangilinan, Jana Victoria, Chrostopher Roxas and Bobby Andrews.
