In the day 2 of Team Bamboo Battles, Kamp Kawayan’s Edray Teodoro and Gem Capalad were added to Juan Karlos Labajo, Stacy Pineda, Nathan Bautista and Borge Rivera who were chosen by Bamboo on the day 1 of the battles. And from sing-offs where they showcased their voice and character on stage Bamboo decide that his top 2 are Juan Karlos and Edray that he will bring in to the semi-finals of The Voice Kids Philippines.
During the sing-offs Stacy kicks off with the song Payphone of Maroon 5 which was immediately followed by Gem with a heartwarming song Iingatan Ka. Then Juan Karlos Labajo did a very relaxing performance of the song Stay then fresh from the battle Edray Teodoro performed Tulak ng Bibig. And the last two of the KampKawayan joining the sing-offs are Borge Rivera singing Scared To Death and closing the sing-offs round with a rock performance from Nathan with It’s My Life.
Now that Bamboo has his top 2 including Juan Karlos and Edray, while Lea Salonga has TonTon Cabiles and Darlene Vibares from her group it will be Sarah Geronimo’s turn next week for her back to back Team Sarah Battles and sing-offs to test the kids on who will be rightful to be in the finals. So catch the Team Sarah Battles and Team Sarah Sing-offs next week on July 12 and 13 on The Voice Kids Philippines; Saturday after Home Sweetie Home and Sundays after Wansapanataym. The reality talent search was hosted by Luis Manzano and Alex Gonzaga.
