After more than four years of not working together on television, two of the most trusted names in the entertainment industry and the King and Queen of Philippine Talkshow Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino will be joining force once again in a 15-minuter show that features showbiz and non-showbiz topics, human-interest narratives and socio-political matters. The show entitled Aquino & Abunda Tonight, it will be Kris and Boy’s latest project together in Primetime Bida after Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN) that aired from 2009 to 2010.
The program will give the viewers a closer look at certain issues from a layman’s point of view, and learn how it could affect them and their everyday lives. Aside from the latest updates and the most exclusive inside information that the show promises to offer, the audience can also take part in every discussion with its interactive segments such as poll and social media surveys. Live features also include interviews with controversial personalities and the people involved in the latest issues.
Their first tandem in ABS-CBN was in The Buzz that runs for 10 years (2000-2010) and they also had morning lifestyle magazine show entitled Boy & Kris from 2007 to 2009.
Being it is Kris Aquino and Boy Abunda show expects fearless commentaries, exclusive and straightforward interviews, not to mention their intelligent and informed opinions that only the two of them can offer.
